We’re on a mission to change that.

We believe that life-changing disciple-making is led by local pastors and ministry leaders- the boots on the ground, the day-in-day-out grind of true relationship building. It is exhausting work, in which the reward often gets lost. Our guides work to protect pastors’ long-term health- mentally/emotionally, physically, relationally, & spiritually.

80% of pastors and 84% of their spouses have felt unqualified and discouraged as role of pastors at least one or more times in their ministry.

84% of pastors desire to have close fellowship with someone they can trust and confide with.

90% of pastors report the ministry was completely different than what they thought it would be like before they entered the ministry.

However, we believe with proper REST and RENEWAL, and REFOCUSING every ministry leader can serve longer and finish stronger.
